Amanda Stroop is a graduate of Virginia Tech who now calls Blacksburg home. Art has been a life long passion for her. At times it serves as an outlet for play and creativity and at others a means of processing the world around her. Throughout the pandemic, Amanda dabbled in watercolor alongside her children, ages two and five. Raised in a farming community, much of her recent work explores agrarian themes.
